Unpredictable Movement Patterns

Fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, IBS, Raynauds, Ulnar nerve damage…but I am a middle school teacher and try to work out 3-4 times a week including strength training. Sometimes as much as it hurts I just have to push through the pain and overcome. I know not everyone can do this but it does help.

I have lupus which has given me all kinds of other problems like ra, migraines tension headaches pain in my legs depression high blood pressure autoimmune hepatitis allergic to the sun to much sun I get hives’s can’t do heat or extreme cold without wanting to throw up or faint. My pain o my pain, numbness, skin sensitivity and easy bruising some serious fatigue etc…. My head and heart says yes but my body says o heck no no your not I totally understand 😭😭I can’t do a lot of things with my family or the things I was able to do before every year as I get older I find what I did five years ago I can’t do today. I’m in the grieving phase of who I used to be 😭🥺
